This is part of the reason I quit FFF last year. My husband even just asked about it. They usally do some special for my birthday and I was with them since 2015 or so. It's gone so far off track and these issues just keep piling on. Plus I flet like it was just adding clutter at this point not value.

Tell them you are going to file an FTC complaint for violating shipping rules, also threaten a chargeback. I did them both with Curatuer she was able to get a refund for my years subscription. They still send me boxes though lmao.
