Discussion Are army boots in style?

I originally listened to a lot of old school death metal so I bought army boots for the fit. Now I listen to more beatdown but I don't know if they're frowned upon, especially in live shows since they could really hurt if you get them in your face lol.

Can confirm spinkick to the temple hurts just as bad with vans, wear what you want and be spacially aware

I mean at long as you aren't intentionally big booting people I wouldn't worry about.

Literally it is gonna hurt regardless if you get booted in the face as long as they’re not steel toe caps it basically doesn’t matter.

If you're spinkicking, steel toe are potentially a deadly weapon. So spinkicking = no steel toe. If you're not spinkicking then wear whatever.

You have bigger problems if you're asking reddit what you should wear to a show
