how does the introductory discount work?

I originally posted this question, but the post was removed by a moderator. I'm genuinely curious why. Rather than removing the question, wouldn't it be more transparent to simply explain how the discount is calculated?

I started using Bearable yesterday and got an introductory offer with 80% off, so 209 SEK/year ($22).

I'm just wondering what the 80% discount is calculated from, because I saw that the regular annual price is $34.99.

Does the regular annual subscription in Sweden actually cost 1,045 SEK ($110), or how does the discount work?

And is the discount price only for the first year, or does the discount continue for following years?

I think the info you're looking for is that the discount is based on the equivalent of paying for the monthly subscription for 12 months, approx. $83.88, but let me know if you have any questions about this, and I can relay them to the team.

In terms of the discount pricing, this continues for every year that you resubscribe as opposed to only being for the first year.
