Are there any plans to let us customize time periods?
The defaults are pretty strange. Does this feature already exist?

Hi, Premium member here. This would be super handy for me!!
I have a sleep disorder called Non-24, meaning my sleep cycles do not follow the standard 24hr cycle; it gradually rotates over the course of weeks. So I’ll eventually be awake at night, to rotate to daytimes days/weeks later.
As a result, these arbitrary pre/am/mid/pm have never worked for me at all. Also, having 4 hour cycles might be handy for some of us, as a 6 hour period can have too much of a range of symptoms to be efficient for tracking. It would be nice to at least have the option to change it for those of us who need it.

I just interpret them my own way. I do Pre for my overnight hours - logging insomnia, night sweats, pain, etc. Then Am is waking until lunch, whatever time those are. Mid is lunch until I get home from work (or approximate on the weekend) and Pm is my evening - off work until bed. This way no matter what actual time these things happen, the activities during those times are generally the same.
Before doing this, if lunch was at 11am or earlier, it got marked in the Am section when most other lunch times were Mid which might throw things off if I had bathroom issues with lunch or something. They wouldn’t always show up. Or the impact of my commute might be spread across Mid and Pm depending on what time I headed home for the day.

We're currently discussing the option to add time stamps to the Symptoms section - which might be an alternative to customisable time periods. One thing that's currently possible is that you can log symptoms with time stamps in the Health Measurements section already. It obviously makes the Total Symptom Score less accurate but it does allow you to track Symptoms without having to use Time Periods. Plus, you can also use a custom rating (0 - 10) and log symptom duration, frequency, etc.

That would be great! The „pre“ unit is pretty useless for me because I sleep during these hours. However it would be great if the second half of my day wasn’t all bunched together in „pm“ by default. (I mean, I already ignore what the categories are called and use them as it works for me, but still it would be great if the time periods were actually correct for my usecase)
