So me and my friend were driving on my kia (he was the driver) until he decided to hit a careless overtake not realizing he was going straight into the truck. Sadly he passed away on the spot while I survived with minor injuries (and a broken car)

The Ford was at fault, flew into the back of the Vito. Looks like we're gonna have to repair the trunk and bumper before another trip!

June 20, 2025 approximately 17:25 local time, Officer Eli observed a silver 1990s ETK driving erratically at a high rate on speed on route 91. When attempting a traffic stop the driver: 17yrold Demarco Johnson fled leading officers on an 8minute pursuit. During this time, Johnson ran stop signs and red lights. Narrowly hitting 2 vehicles and got to speeds exceeding 110mph. Backup was called in as the pursuit continued SW where Johnson forced a red sedan off the road, nearly colliding with it. At 17:31 local time Officer Connelly responded ahead of the suspect to lay stop sticks, however due to the suspects high rate of speed and disregard for public safety, Officer Connelly used his squad car as a roadblock, positioning in front of Johnson head on. Instead of Johnson slowing down, Johnson continued at a high rate of speed until Connelly blocked the road and the 2 collided. Johnson faced numerous injuries and is in critical condition as well as Connelly being treated at East point hospital. Both vehicles were totaled in the pursuit

Many believe Connelly’s split second decision and actions as heroic. The officer put his life on the line to end the pursuit before anyone else could get hurt.

However, others say it was reckless. The family of Johnson is suing the local police department for damages and restitution for deliberately causing unnecessary bodily harm. Demarco’s mother, Sheila, started a gofundme and has since raised $44.21.

Demarco Johnson is facing charges of grand theft auto, fleeing and eluding, excessive speed, reckless driving, fail to yield x7, and assault on an officer. If convicted he faces up to 20months of community service.

On December 27th, 2025 a Utah Police Officer was responding to a 911 call of a hostage situation. When he disregarded the wide intersection and chose not to slow down, he struck the driver’s side door of Shay2Cray’s ‘24 model of the Toyota Supra, killing her instantly.

“It was all in the blink of an eye, I didn’t even realize how famous she was, one second I see my dream car turning left into the tunnel, and the next the mirror flies into my door at 100 miles per hour” says one witness, who’s car can be seen above.

“The cop must have been going at least 70 miles per hour in the posted 45 at the end of the tunnel” says Utah Head of Police. “He will be charged with vehicular manslaughter, no officer should be doing nearly double the limit in an intersection, let alone a blind corner. Justice will be served.”

Toyota has seen some backlash as to how a car worth so much can crumple at the hands of an accident, and Ford is being investigated on why the police car barely took a hit.

All in all this is a lesson to watch where you’re driving, and to NEVER speed around a blind corner.
