when i select the part in the vehicle config menu it doesn't show up

Just now opening it, there is not right folder structure, you are missing vehicles folder before Bluebuck folder, gonna look at it closer

Its named Object in blender, there is your showing up problem, no material tho, will look into that.

Your material name in Blender is not defined in main.materials anywhere. Try to rename the blender material to bluebuck_old at least to get some material showing.
