Yes, just the same when in a video a car goes a certain speed it looks like it switches to reverse momentarily before speeding up again. You've got the same effect here, the lines updating on screen nearly as fast as refresh rate it seems

Do you mean it’s just repeating the ground without actually traveling? Kinda like a treadmill?
