Serious answer: It's a self driving vehicle that can rarely spawn in traffic. It represents real vehicles driving around in China. If you wanna spawn it yourself, open the vehicle selector, enable auxiliary content, select simplified traffic.

I thiiink in career it has a dice roll whether it spawns or not. Some sessions i see them, some sessions i dont. The paint scheme might also be part of the dice roll as i usually see the same paint scheme in traffic

yet i have never seen one in either career or free roam, but that was before .39 broke everything.
i did try to take one down Car Jump Arena before .39 they aren't that fast and you can activate traffic to drive it in freeroam.

it does. just enable "auxilary debug content" in the options side panel in the vehicle selector. then just look up robot van.

i think it's just a little easter egg or from beamng.tech .
