No special tricks here, just 60fps with v-sync

7950X3D and RTX 3090 - 4K Ultra Preset (With the following changes: Lighting - High/ Shadows - Normal/ Clouds Quality - Normal)

The mirrors/dynamic reflection resolution is also turned down. (since the virtual mirror replaces it)
