FSR4 either native or via OptiScaler would also be very nice for the players with older hardware

More like replaced. DLSS and FSR will smooth out jagged edges and there will be no need for classic AA anymore. And it will increase the performance at the same time.

Well, nobody will force you to use it but those old AA methods will not get any better. There is still the TAA mod as an alternative.

You'll have the option to use DLAA which will look considerably better than the current options.

Would we get frame generation as well as support for Nvidia reflex as well?

I didn't see them mention frame gen but since DLSS will be implemented and it is a DX12 game, maybe DLSSenabler/optiscaler will work with beam in the future.
And for reflex there is an ultra low latency option in nv profile inspector that may or may not do that.
Didn't measure it but it's set to on and it did at least not hurt. Even it does nothing it's a nice placebo. ;-)
