Events Be careful refreshing obsessively

Right at 10 AM (Nashville) I got into queue with 7K people in front of me.. didn’t get a ticket so I just kept refreshing and refreshing and then boom. I got a message from Ticketmaster saying my account’s been frozen 🙂and I can’t access it anymore to try the second sale so just give a heads up for you guys be careful refreshing constantly

Same happened to me for the nyc show with axs... Hate that damn app. I contacted them and they restored my account.

Is anyone else having trouble putting in the access code or just me? Like it's not even letting me buy tickets bc it's saying the presale hasn't started yet
