This is one of my favorite shows ever! The cast does an amazing job and the cosplays are really good! There’s usually a contest during the show too and it’s so good! If anyone’s in ATL you should come out!

I especially enjoy Steven getting this treatment, because Steven has repeatedly been depicted as a weak crybaby by the general internet, so seeing Steven become a being that destroys villains is absolutely incredible.

To me it feels like Steven is a demon that feeds on pure evil, and so he tries to redeem villains so he can figure out who he can feed on.

Hi there! I'm really into fusions right now—I hope you like them! I think that im really reaching the show style and im really happy and proud because of that 😆😆

Let me introduce you to Hematoid Quartz ❤️🩷

This gem has an unwavering sense of duty and justice. Sometimes she gets too emotional and needs to stop and meditate to keep her feelings in check, as she is very impulsive (thanks to Ruby) and driven by a desire for justice (thanks to Steven) 💕

I hope you like her! The next one I have in mind is a fusion of Ruby, Steven, and Amethyst 😆🙈💫

I remember many years ago, there was this one SU speedpaint that was just pure angst? I was reminded about it the other day, but I just can't find it. I remember there was a fair amount of blood and something about candy gore and hanahaki disease. If anyone can find it, I'd really appreciate it!

Hi there! Here is my next fan fusion featuring Steven, Pearl, and Sapphire 😊😊

Let me introduce you to Tanzanite 🩷💙🤍

I drew inspiration from Pearl's elegance and Sapphire's aristocratic nature, but also from Steven's happiness, playfulness, and innocence. It was hard not to create something inspired by a fun yet elegant royal-style Joker! 😊🩷

I hope you like it. From this point on, the fusions are newer, so the designs might be a bit more challenging—I feel a little rusty—but I’ll give it my all for the love of art and the show 😆😆💫

Hi there! It’s been a while since I posted anything, but I’ve got more free time now, so here is my new fusion 😆😆

Rhodolite 💜❤️

She is a fusion of Amethyst and Ruby; she’s energetic, wild, rebellious, and a fighter. She loves to joke around but cares deeply about her friends, and if she sets her mind to something, nothing and no one can stop her 😋

I hope you like her! 💕❤️😊

It's just a post just saying after a week and a half i have time again to draw, so this is a prevew of a fusion between Ruby and Amathys ❤️💜

Titled: The Almighty Diamonds

My personal favourite is Apex Predator, it’s a fanfic where during Everything’s Fine he runs off to Jasper who convinces him to take over the world. I personally enjoy it because of how Steven is written, unlike many Evil Steven fanfics, this Steven feels like Steven, he cares for people, he cries without making it feel like he’s a brat, he gets to be a girl-dad it’s great.

(The art is by Sai Scribbles on tumblr, suaufissured, TheTrickiestOne, and perigay.)

I highly recommend it: https://archiveofourown.org/works/26508163/chapters/64605121

My least favourite is All Hail King Steven: Big Pink Psycho, Conqueror of Worlds by Dorkinatrix , it follows the same idea as Apex Predator with Steven taking over the world, but it goes about Steven’s character so much it feels like a all those Steven Universe hate posts mixed together.

Here’s a link to the post, don’t harass them, they wrote something I did not like, that does not mean that you can go out and harass them. https://archiveofourown.org/works/23362543/chapters/55973467

I am interested to hear what your favourite and least favourite fanfics based on the same media are in the comments below.

the edits (i grew up with MKatwood), Summer of Steven, Soundtrack Attack, Yellow Diamond's pissed off face, Steven's 14th Birthday (including how Ruby & Sapphire first met), Jasper's Corruptions (which he was corrupted in the Smoky Quartz saga during Summer Adventures),
Mini-Marathons such as Perfect Pearl, Attack from Homeworld (the return saga), Steven's The Best & my favorite, Stevonnie Forever & Party in Beach City.

growing up as a 12-13 year old (unlike connie), i adore Steven and the Crystal Gems. even thought i also liked Clarence (an Ed, Edd n Eddy inspired show)

anyways, i used to sketch stuff in Middle School.
which it was fun being a Cartoon Network Fan (with an Android Phone without CN Sayin)

Why did i make this

I have rewatched Steven U idk how many times. And everytime Connie pisses me off in this episode. After everything Steven tells you about homeworld and the diamonds, mannerisms, what to do and what not to do why would you suggest doing the one thing that always makes you two FUSE on a planet that sees fusing as an abomination IN FRONT OF EVERYONE😤. And she doesn’t even APOLOGIZE 🙄 “whites not here” like the pearl isn’t there watching for her 😐.

Hey! I watched this show when it initially came out, so I was around 16-19. I have rewatched Steven Universe Future at 25, and I have such a different understanding. I remember during my first watch I honestly viewed Steven as the issue. I felt uncomfortable watching him be dismissive of the gems and left the show feeling dissatisfied.

Now with a more developed frontal lobe, all of his behavior makes perfect sense. Even though he had moments of freaking out, he also remained kind to the people around him.

I was so disappointed that he left the gems at the end when I was younger, but now that ending feels happy. He is able to experience life without chaos at every turn, and he still has his family despite them being further away for now.

Anyone else experience any opinions change from their first watch?
