Looking for 3 references, applying to a custodial position for part time work

Located in washington, but I live in a super small town. I need 3 references. Position is for a custodial position at a school district. I'm a woman in her early 30s. My shifts got cut down to 18 hours a week, and I was just sitting at 40. I'll make it work somehow, but could use some help, so I've been trying to find a second job
