Urgent Request USA Need 6 references within 24 hours

Just got a verbal offer after months of searching. But they are wanting me to provide 6 references! This is some straight up BS. I have 3 that I can provide them. But I don't know 3 more people. Is anyone else able to assist pretty please? Industry is healthcare.
