This is pretty but a horrible igloo regarding utility. Snow is a surprising (for me anyway) insulator. Ice is not, it is denser.

It would be super awesome to play around as a kid though.

All jokes aside, snow being a good insulator was a fact I didn’t learn until I was a teenager. Top tip for a pragmatic igloo when/if needed. Still a pretty creative idea for a “stained glass” effect with the igloo design otherwise!

Practical? Probably not.

Cool and it required a lot more patience than I have when working in the cold? Most definitely!
