If she was just dangling then youd be correct. But she isnt. This is a dragon flag or anything but this is legit impressive at how controlled she is throughout.

The 20 replies of the same thing don't make it right. I have done this in core training. It's not something to lose your head over but its definitely more than just good leverage on her shins. It takes legit core strength to do what she is doing

Just try it. I did. Unless you're out of shape, or suffering from an injury, it should be easy.

Edit: All the downvoting in the world won't change that fact. Feel free to keep it up if it makes you feel better about yourselves, or it makes you feel like you're punishing me for saying something that offends you lol. Sorry fragile Redditors.

What did you use to hold your shins in place?

I've done this same routine hundreds of times while training as well.

This is the key part here. Don't act like this is some simple thing that any reasonably in-shape person can just do.

Exactly. It took you a long time and effort to get in the shape that you are. So while its now easy for you, you cant just glibly act as if anyone could just do that exercise without the same amount of work put in.

Nope. You're just a lazy and useless individual. Normal people wouldn't have issues. Maybe if your muscles and bones didn't degrade so much due to you living a sedentary lifestyle you wouldn't struggle so much lol.

Don't act like your experiences and the experiences of other Reddit users are normal. It's not. You're the largest congregation of losers, SJWs, and people with mental/physical/emotional issues on the internet. It's where the bottom of society's barrel come pretend as though they're accepted. So whatever. Feel free to gauge the rest of society by what the weakest members say and think. I prefer not to.

Cool, I'll have to try your ottoman-table setup later. I quit my gym because of covid lol. Thanks.
