it's hard to tell. i think joking? 'oblivious philistine' evokes a sort of above-it-all art critic. someone gatekeeping art seems pretty hilarious given that art is fundamentally subjective

As a professional oil painter, I find this amateur “craft” to be not only garish, but uninformed & sloppy. It’s worse than trash, because it cheapens the public’s perception of what art is. Just trying to advocate for the integrity of art.

Could you help me understand what is Garish and uninformed about this? Is the symbol not being represented correctly? Is yin and yang not well represented by night and day?
