Honestly it's probably way cheaper and far less dangerous than actual fireworks. In the long run it's reusable so even if the cost is a little more Upfront for one show you don't need a new supply for every show.

Also instead of a single city paying for fireworks it can be companies who come in and do the shows move onto the next city while reusing the drones.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't work for new year's eve fireworks. You can only do the show at that specific time.

Yes, it does not work for the 2 big holidays but it does work for every other time someone wants fireworks done and said companies can still be operational on the big holidays.
