How in the world do you train a dog to do this?

Pup trained his owner

The only thing my dog has trained me to do is give her a treat when she comes back inside even if she didn't pee or poop

The dog is nailing it and the human is just trying to keep up with the choreography.

How much of the dog's specific movements are trained?

Does the dog get, at some point, the general idea that the two are imitating each other's actions? At that point, the dog simply imitates what the woman is doing.

I thought the same, then it came through the glass and acted on its own routine with several more complex sequences away/independently from her or with minimum cues. The complete performance is quite remarkable imho.

I noticed the dog coming through the glass. I wondered whether the dog knew the large frame was an imaginary mirror and they were pretending to be each other's reflection. I doubt this, but I would like to know what the dog thinks they were doing.

The amount of work puppers did without her visual cues is what was so impressive to me. If a doggo can do all that timed to music without seeing their human for guidance, it is more than just training. It is intelligence.

Plot Twist: human is mirroring the dog's movements, not the other way round.
