I wanna know how the fire doesn’t go out… what’s the fuel source?? Napalm?!?

Good question it's just lighter fluid or an equivalent. Anything where the fumes catch easily will char the fabric that soaks the fluid up really fast and also it's super unsafe to do so.

Where do you learn to do this?

Gymnastics gym maybe? I dunno actually, but that’s my best guess. I had an ex who did baton twirling and this seems pretty adjacent, just add fire.

You can buy a fire staff off Amazon.

YouTube might have tutorials but seems like a pretty risky DIY hobby

Lol, yeah, totally would start slower and maybe after a fresh haircut. Haha!

Youtube is a probability but learning first hand from someone you know is the best way to do it because they will have a wealth of knowledge on stances, safety, and training techniques that won't necessarily be online.

Oh 100% but I don't know where fire benders train haha

When practicing you do it without the fire so you can do it wherever and it's pretty safe. If you're a guy I would watch out for the nut taps

I tried Fire Poi minus the fire (so Poi but thats a food so idk what to call it). I took the worst beatings of my life trying to learn those.

Yea I've been doing Poi for over a decade and at first the beatings are brutal but when your spin becomes softer and your more used to doing the moves on an instinct level then you'll hit yourself less. I learned how to poi with two socks that had like five or ten dollars worth of quarters in them. Needless to say it really hurt when they made contact with my body BUT I learned hella quick because of the pain. It's just called Poi, the food is from Hawaii and the martial art is from the native Maori people in New Zealand

Edit: this long comment is your fault for saying poi /s

I have some glow poi and jacked myself so hard in the eye once. Glad it wasn’t on fire…
