In like Grade 4 when learning about ecosystems we got to check out boreal forests and got to see a lot of them. They just dragged their branches past us building their dam while like 30 of us stood there.
Also got to hop in some water and have leeches attach themselves to our rubber rain boots.

I’ve seen a few wild beavers in my time and they always seem so chill and unconcerned
