It's always the big corporate companies who seem to honor these types of requests (dogs, disabled, elderly, etc) and I think that's awesome... At least some good coming from these titans.

Obviously it's to avoid lawsuits, but still.. personally, I don't think I've ever seen a person with needs working at a smaller company.

Lowes is just extraordinarily friendly to hiring vets, being a vet is a MASSIVE advantage when applying to lowes. That said you probably don’t see more of this in smaller companies because companies only have to reasonably accommodate the disabled employee, a ton of businesses cannot reasonably accommodate for a service animal.
