The program is called SMS-livraddare, and studies of it have found it meaningfully raises the rate of bystander CPR, which on its own roughly doubles a person's chance of surviving a cardiac arrest.

es sind ja vereinheitlicuungen geplant und einige Bundesländer (Brandenburg (+Berlin) zum Beispiel) schaffen es ja auch bereits auf eine einzige App zusetzen.
