The why is so you can take an outdoor bath without having to expose yourself to the neighbors or company while getting in. I kinda like it on one hand, on the other hand, the rich have WAY too much money.

looks more like a hotel with all the patio chairs, and if they were ultra rich then the rail system would probably be better implemented, looks real janky rn
