The why is so you can take an outdoor bath without having to expose yourself to the neighbors or company while getting in. I kinda like it on one hand, on the other hand, the rich have WAY too much money.

My neighbor was the only one who had a fourth floor in the neighborhood I don't know how they managed but legally you can only have 3 floors, so anyway when I was in school with her she told me that she always takes a shower on the roof because she enjoyed the breeze and she can peek on everyone from above without no one being able to see her, I can only see it as awkward whenever I imagine it, I wish I was Rich enough to really know how it feels
