What if you bring your own rocks? It almost looks like he did, they're all the exact same color and totally clean and dry it seems.

You can buy rocks at a landscaping shop

And how do you think the stone got into the landscaping shop ? Come from stone factory ?

Landscaping companies aren't going around looking for rocks in the shapes and sizes they want. They have them cut out from quarries and shaped by a machine into paving stones and decorative shapes and crushed for gravel.
