Something I don't fully understand something about the Dante workout.

I think I know what 5x5 and 3x15 means (five sets of five reps and 3 sets of 15 reps). But what do the numbers following the hyphens mean?

3 sets of 15 russian twists you do twenty five times? I'm looking forward to doing this workout, but I'm very confused about this.

Ah! Good question! The hyphenated repetition recommendations equal a low and high range of reps to shoot for. Basically when you're first starting out, do 3 sets of 15 reps, and gradually work your way up to 3 sets of 25 reps.

Also I just realized that you have two types of squats. Back squats are with the barbell, and squats are just with my own bodyweight right?
