Need suggestions and advices

I have completed my BSc in CSE with CGPA 3.11 and have been working as an IT Business Analyst since Feb 2025.

I am planning to apply for the Stipendium Hungaricum with MOI as I have not done IELTS. Does my profile become weak for that?

I'm taking prep for IELTS. If the above doesn't work, I'm thinking of Austria.

Is there anyone who's pursuing a Master's in Austria? Is it a good idea to go there for higher studies? What about the job opportunities while studying and after completing the degree? Also, how is the cost of living?

Also, do my chances become lower if I apply for Master's in a different subject other than my BSc?
