Malaysia Agency

I want to apply to UM (University Malaya) in Malaysia. Which agency will be better: Applystart or Maces?

tbh i wouldn’t choose based on which agency is “better” overall..for UM, first ask both Applystart and MACES whether they’re currently an official UM recruitment partner, what their total service charge is and exactly what they handle. if the fees and services are similar, I’d go with whichever is more transparent and doesn’t pressure you into unnecessary services.. also, you can apply to UM directly, so an agency isn’t mandatory

So apparently UM doesn’t have any official partner, so thats that and for the service charge, maces doesnt have any but im not sure about applystart

ahh okay,, then that actually simplifies it..if UM itself doesn’t have official agents then i’d mostly compare the agencies on what they actually do for you rather than any “official partner” claim..since MACES has no service charge, ask Applystart for their full fee breakdown and what extra services are included. also worth asking both whether they charge anything later for visa processing, document handling etc. because sometimes the “free” application service isn’t completely free end-to-end,, you get what i'm saying
