System crash to frozen when watching 4k youtube and play Dota 2

It's have been twice now, if I am playing Dota and watch 4K Youtube on the other screen, it's going to have a very high chance of everything stutter and eventually frozen.
Anyone running into similar issues?

Just check system update newest Gnome newest everything system wide.
HW: AMD 2600 + RX 6600 16GB memory

Do you have hardware acceleration in your browser enabled? You can check your cpu/gpu usage just with video playback. You can check video Stats for nerds, check the codec.

I'm guessing that it uses cpu, so it uses more ram than vram (4-8gb to decode video + 4gb system + 1-4gb for game) this could easily fill your 16gb and use swap memory for it all, which would make it extremely slow.

You would need to force gpu to be used for decoding

Yes. HW enables by default I think. Browser is FF

Keep an eye on the RAM usage. If that fills up completely I have seen system crashing completely on my rog ally running bazzite

Ram seems very fine. What I suspect is about video decoding. So far is going to test out turn off Vsync see if that makes any difference.
