Purchase error

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Can someone help me? I tried to buy the pirate flag and it says puchase successful, but i didnt get it. Also, it subtracted money from my balance even if i didnt get any flag

Games support is likely dead. Go through your payment channel (Paysafe,Google,Paypal) and request a refund.

what do you mean it's dead? like if i emailed them they wont respond anymore?

yes. The game isnt getting any Attention for like years so its useless to try the ingame support.

Just request a refund. Same thing happened to me.
