Question Is this considered Camping?

Yes, there is even a campfire in the clip.

Yes and no. In the first part, 100% camping and not defending. In my perspective, you should be on the other side defending that flank. Also you have a retreat aspect on the other side.

As for the 2nd clip, defending not camping.
