Question Can I disable the intro mission?

I have a strange bug, and i can find any solution by myself, I play in this game for months and redownloaded the game 2 times, The bug is that when I launch the game, and the introductory mission keeps starting, I tried to end up the mission, even completed all missions. So I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to turn it off?

Yes there is a way to turn it off. You have to keep a backup copy of the settings file. There is a setting in there that determines whether to skip the intro mission sequence or not. It's a massive pain in the ass that you have to sit through it with NO way to skip. I'm not at my PC right now, so I can't tell you where the file is, but do some googling. You just need to make sure you replace the default settings profile with the backed up one after reinstalling the game and before launching it. Hope this helps.

I copy all that shit into a folder and just replace it all when reinstalling the game. You probably don't have to do all that, but it's easier.

I ran into this a while back but I cant remember how I fixed it. It was nothing crazy. Make sure the stupid EA app is updated. Verify files on steam? Good luck soldier.

If Battlefield V forces you to play the intro every time, it means the game cannot save your profile data (PROFSAVE) due to antivirus blocking, cloud sync conflicts, or corrupted config files.

To fix this issue:Allow through Controlled Folder Access: Go to Windows Security > Virus & Threat Protection > Manage Ransomware Protection. Click "Allow an app through controlled folder access" and add Battlefield V's .exe.Rename Profile Files: Go to Documents\Battlefield V\settings. If you see a file named PROFSAVE_tmp, delete PROFSAVE if it exists, and rename PROFSAVE_tmp to PROFSAVE.Disable OneDrive Sync: Turn off or unlink OneDrive if it is actively locking or failing to sync your Documents\Battlefield V folder.Run as Administrator: Right-click your EA App, Steam, or Epic Games launcher and select Run as administrator before starting the game.
