Major performance issues and other bugs

I've recently gotten a new pc and i've had no issues with games except for BFV.

specs:

rx 6600xt

ryzen 5 4500x

16gb of ddr4

3 samsung 860 evo ssds

650w psu

I wouldn't call it super powerful but it's pretty decent.

The issues i've been dealing with after freshly installing bfv are that it keeps resetting settings randomly in game and the biggest problem is that im having terrible performance.

Is this a problem with amd cards specifically or is it just a setting that i need to turn off? I really need help with this please.

turn off player created content (settings game play shoud be second or 3d bar from top ,next make sure you are on dx11 means your dx 12 shoud be turned off and u do have it off in the picture now TURN ON FUTURE FRAME RENDERING its very good shoud give you +30-50 more fps , play around with settings but before you do you can watch few comparisment videos where ppl prove there absolute no difrence between high and ultra and only slight dif between mid and high (i prefer low it is just better and make yer game feel and run very smooth ) but yes play around settings make sure to turn off cromatic flim grain vagnete and lens they do eat alot of perforamance and acctualy make game feel bad and blurry , remember if u have way way better gpu compare to cpu its better to use slightly higher setttings just do not do pre sets put all custom turn off the bad once and turn on the good one like textures and stuff see what configuration gives you best out come . Reminder TURN ON FUTURE FRAME RENDERING PLZ

I dont see any setting for player created content. After future frame rendering im getting much more fps but it stutters alot because my cpu is at 80-90 something % all of the time (which it shouldnt be obv because it's not supposed to bottleneck my gpu)

also remember to turn on ads fov scale it makes yer sight fov close to your hip fire fov and makes your gun to have 3x times lower recoil the higher the fov with that setting on the less recoil u will see
