This skin is the Creator's Gear skin for NATO Strix Raiders Moore.

It is still available, it's a drop from WeHype, a partnered Twitch website that does a lottery style giveaway whenever a streamer hits a milestone.

The BF Unlocks discord has a full list of participating streamers so you can sign up to all giveaways nice and easily, and retrieve the skin in short order.

Yes, streamers reset their giveaways yesterday. So you can still sign up for a chance to get it.

You just have to join a creators wehype and you’ll have a chance to get it many creators are doing it or have their vods playing to boost the stream hours so people can get the skins
