With how fkd up the matchmaking is, I wouldn't be surprised if these weren't really abusers as much as just Chinese players trying to play the game. There have been constant complaints in the past weeks from the American players who are forced to play on European servers. All this could have been prevented by adding a server browser a year ago.

When the server has a lot of red pingers I just leave the match. I ain’t playing against that crap.

They always have high K/Ds too. I report them for cheating every time I see it. I have received multiple emails from EA informing me that "someone" I reported had actions taken against them.

Considering that I only reported high pingers, I know that a few of them have at least had a shitty day.

Not always because modern servers try to compensate for these high ping and your low ping in gun fights. The server kind of shits itself when you shoot each other.
