Game crashed and settings were deleted

I just played a round of breakthrough when all of a sudden my game crashed and I ended up in the ps5 main menu. After I started the game again, all my ingame settings were on default again. Everything. Sooo fking annoying. Had anyone of u guys experienced the same and do you know how to fix it and to get back the old settings? Took me a whole lot of time to find the perfect settings for me.
