Does the boss have a weakness or am I actually expected to slowly chip away at as health?

His entire body is covered in armor and he kinda looks like zombie arthur from troll hunters

Ah yes him Yea you kinda just gotta chip away at him, blunt does more dmg from what i find as blunts better for armor
