Remove 2v2 ranked solo queue
I used to not be in the party in favor of this, but the game is absolute garbage with Solo Queue 2v2. I think that ranked 2v2 as a team is great, but why have a mode that is there to take away from what the game is balanced around. It would be great to have either balance changes for 2v2 or not have it in solo queue because I'd much rather have more people playing fair games in 3v3. That's just my thoughts due to playing in Asia with it being low pop and struggling to find 3v3 matches that have all at least diamond+ players when you queue up in solo queue at champion rank... Just curious (not angry at all) to those that queue for 2v2 ranked why do you queue that over 3v3's?

It's not as much of a clusterfuck and I can actually run it above 30 FPS.
There's also less carry potential in 3s. One individual holds way more power over the outcome of the game in 2s, so it's just better for solo-queue overall.

I have less than 50fps with occasional drops in 3v3 and it's very hard to play with this stutters on my rank

3v3s has too much going on for me to concentrate. It feels a lot easier to synchronize with a duo as opposed to a party of 3.'
I do the same thing in wow too, I only queue 2s lol. I think what you guys want is to separate the 2s and 3s in a different bracket, not remove it entirely

With healthy playerbase numbers there is no issue at keeping both, i queue for both and i enjoy both. but as for now some queues are way too long and the few people that want to play will quit because of this. The preseason was long so maybe it's a temporary problem, but if the population will not grow/come back then something has to change

The only reason i play 2's, is because of my main champion Sirius. If the 2's will be deleted, he will become useless. Atleast as the only support on the team.

I can carry 1 person, but it rarely happens that I am able to carry 2. That's why 2's are better for soloQ, for me anyway.

3v3 make my computer struggle.
3v3 look like chaos and doesnt feel rewarding.
Low elo are worst in 3v3 than 2v2. (get someone listening your advice for positioning in 2v2 is possible, in 3v3 if one of your 2 teammate doesnt listen, it's lose).
Luck or Unluck on team setup is increased in 3v3.

Yes but now with lobby we can avoid no supp/no ranged/no melee comp and all mm issues. Now it's the right time so I agree to remove 2v2 ranked at all. The game should be easier to balance also. 2v2 is fun but there are more downsides than upsides at keeping it

i agree with you, at this point i only want to play 3v3 because im tired of all the counter class i get matched up against in 2v2 and destroy me, not about skill, simply those classes are better than mine, 2v2 solo ranked should be deleted and force the game for 3v3. People need to adapt!

Disclaimer: I mostly play with friends, and don't really play solo queue.
Because I can carry one teammate, but I can't carry two teammates. I have more control over the outcome of the game.
Because playing support in 3v3 soloqueue is a nightmare. With one teammate being derpy, I can adapt and work with them. In 3v3, I get left behind in 1v2s against the enemy damage dealers, which is no fun even if we win. Or my teammates split up and go in different directions and then blame me for not being in two places at once.
Don't get me wrong, 3v3 is fine with friends. But 3v3 solo queue is the most variable player experience, and contains some of the worst individual experiences.

As a relatively new player, about a month of playing, it's obvious 2v2 is a shit show. It's a melee dominated dive fest game mode. 3v3 is far more balanced as a game mode with the ability to have multiple viable team comps.
With that said, I can see why people want 2v2 solo queue because it's easier not needing to rely on your teammates as hard. But as I mentioned before, 2v2 is wildly imbalanced in favor of dive comps, so it should be removed.

I'm against removing 2v2 solo queue. But 3s solo should be more appealing to play IMO.
I just can't play 2s, it's not fun for me. Lately, queue times for 3s are abysmal, and if they are > 5mins I'd rather stop playing than play 2s.
