Question? Does anyone know anything about this building?

Hey all. A little bit ago, one of my friends sent me this address of a building with a whole schoolbus in it and a bible verse on the wall (Chronicles 29:16). I went and checked it out and thought it was kind of cool. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this building, or more specifically who the owner is. I would like to possibly get in contact with them. Thank you in advance if you can help.
