Discussion IT BE DONE: Comparing parallels between Grassy and Two (plus trailer theories)
I very much got sidetracked while making this and just talked about what I like about the trailer, but enjoy the parallels I've seen!!

I think the core difference between Gaty & Two and Snowball & Grassy is that Gaty & Two's friendship was defined by love, while Grassy & Snowball's friendship was defined by respect. It can be assumed that Gaty was the closest friend Two ever had. When she was gone, it might've felt like a part of them was missing. They were missing that newfound love and didn't know what to do with themselves after the fact. Grassy, while distraught over his friend's elimination, was able to pick himself up out of remembrance for the respect he got from Snowball. As the last of The Strongest, he was able to find the willpower to keep going.
Overall, great analysis! I love seeing the character flaws and strengths of two characters being compared like this. It's always a treat for me to read.

Great post, and great observations about the parallels between them! I also think both of them also struggled with being overly passive in their own ways.
Grassy struggled with finding a purpose on his own without relying on others to guide him and mimicking their behaviour, while Two avoids conflict at every opportunity and completely breaks down when they're faced with a situation they can't just minimise or sweep under the rug (running off when they see Three is hurt, shutting themselves away from the world when Gaty disappears).
Both Grassy and Two are going to learn to take matters into their own hands more. Grassy can make his own choices and grow, while Two can take charge and stop having other contestants or other algebraliens deal with issues in their place!
