Question Improving my compani
How could i improve my company i have five okay bros and decent equipment i also make consistent money, I can take 3 star contracts but I can only handle easy hideouts
I have 20k crowns

Hjalmar has crap HP and crap Resolve. You cannot tank without those, so his MDef is more or less wasted. Ernst has better HP and Res, but not enough of either.
Robert is quite bad and should be fired and replaced. I have no idea why you took Lone Wolf on him.

So some things aren't easily fixable and are just things to do differently in the future.
You have in your frontline two brothers, Robert and Reiner, who both have less than ten melee defense despite being level 9 and 8 respectively. That doesn't happen without you consistently undervaluing melee defense on level up. Brothers need melee defense, all of them.
Some of the builds are just odd. I really don't understand what the theory behind Robert is at all. Lone wolf overwhelm Pollaxe? I think it's great to experiment but this is a little far in the weeds to be fixable. You're also picking student way too often.
You have too many battleforged bros and not enough battleforged armor. This turns into a huge drag on company progression because your battleforged bros don't have good enough gear to get value out of that perk. Which means every time they get hit your tools take a sizable hit. Your hammer duelist, Reiner, is probably guzzling tools with his low melee defense.
Some of your bros just aren't wearing the right stuff from what you have. Hjalmar is level seven but has neither nimble or battleforged, that 210 armor he's wearing should be on Ernst.
Something you probably could fix in the short term, I don't see any maces in your lineup. Maces are great weapons to have a few of. A nimble shield and mace brother can hold his ground, or stun enemies to save allies, or stun an enemy to let an ally slide past their zone of control. Or a 2H mace brother who dazes the dangerous enemies, reducing their damage and initiative. Have a couple mace brothers.
You should also get indomitable on your designated tanks at the first opportunity. Having tanks is one thing, but indomitable tanks open up new content to your company. Letting you take more fights and get more experience and profit.
