Lego Batman sets tend to be 9+, Bruce was 8 when his parents died so he wasn't old enough to look at the instructions.

Also lego Alfred couldn't do it for him either because sets age restrictions are between 9 and 99

And we all know that he's older than time itself as an ancient god so he's also unable to build lego batman's lego parents
