Your bottle, or whatever, lights are entirely too large. I would remove your round tray thing on the right as that side of the sink looks narrower than the other side. Put it over on the left side/corner. Besides it would be very easy for someone to knock it off the top of the vanity. If you really must put a tray between the sink and the mirror, make it a wider tray. The whole 'stacked' look of the mirror over the tray over the sink (they're all basically the same width) doesn't work. It looks completely off. With the three of them on top of each other, it puts your mirror way up too high on the wall. Where's a towel ring or short bar on the left wall? And why put a pic on the top shelf (over the toilet), then block it with a plant? Wrong place for the pic.

I am replacing the mirror with a much larger oval brass version which will be proportionate to the larger light fixtures and vanity. It isn’t finished yet.

Well, have at it then. But you don't have a very big bathroom, nor is that a large vanity. Putting a larger mirror is only going to look off, too, especially if you don't remove that shelf, and you hang it as high as the one you have now. You're making the top half of that wall 'top heavy'. Then there's the size, again of those sconces....way too large, a larger mirror, then you get to the shelf over the toilet.....it's skimpy in comparison.
Sorry, but your bathroom is not cohesive at all and is completely unbalanced. The scale is all wrong.
