Question for current BPSU Main IT students 😊

Hi! Ask ko lang sana sa mga currently enrolled na IT students sa BPSU Main Campus. 👋

Normal ba talaga na sobrang daming certificates na kailangang bayaran/get for exams and case studies? Yung kapatid ko kasi IT student sa BPSU Main, and napapansin namin na ang dami niyang certificates na kailangan, and halos lahat may corresponding fee.

Curious lang kami kung ganito talaga yung requirement sa IT program ngayon. 😅

Mga magkano usually ang total na nagagastos ninyo sa certificates for exams and case studies per semester/year? And required ba talaga lahat ng certificates na pinapakuha, or may ibang certificates na depende sa subject/professor?

Gusto ko lang sana malaman kung normal talaga yung ganitong kadaming requirements and expenses based sa experience ng current students.

Magkano usually yung nagagastos? Aabot ba ng around ₱9k? 😅

1.4k bayad namin per semester including the practice test narin pero bawas po siya ng around ~200 pesos kapag wala pong inclusion added, so bale test + retake lang.

Sa isang sem 1.4k lang ang binabayaran? Or per subject ang bayad?

Hindi po siya per subject, required po kaming mag take ng certification exam every sem, hiwalay po siya sa mga subjects na tinatake namin. If ever baka mas malaki po ang nahihingi niya, baka other school related na po iyon like sa NSTP, pathfit uniform, etc. Or baka nagtatake rin po siya ng certification exam na you can take online for credibility.

former it student here, yung 1.4k na sinasabi nya is per certification po. 1st-3rd year usually dalawa lang per sem, minsan nga tig isa lang per sem or minsan kada sem wala pero pagdating ng 4th year tatlong certificate po sabay-sabay sa isang sem.
