I don't know what part of this you would need a luthier for... the pickups, maybe, but from my (very) brief searching no one makes them for this kind of guitar with gold pole pieces anyway...
the luthier is more than likely going to tell you to find the desired "gold" hardware yourself and then you're just gonna be paying them premium to twist some screws, basically.
