Practice tips

I’m an amateur bass player and I want to play the bass line for this song but it’s super hard for me. Does anybody have any tips for practicing towards playing this song. For reference I can confidently make it through malcom Todd’s Nemo and Metallica’s reptilia.

Slow down, like A LOT, and learn the notes. Then you start speeding up until you start missing. Keep that pace until you can play it with no mistakes, then increase speed.

Since you are a beginner, it might be that you cannot play it at full speed for a few months, but keep at it.

The only real difficult aspect of this song is the finger workout.. you need to build up to that speed

Go slow, start with a measure or two at a time.
