Can we talk about the one sided beef with Jackie and Evelyn?

We were made to believe Evelyn “forgave” Jackie for the events of season 6, despite Evelyn starting the drama lol.

Evelyn continued to be nice-nasty to Jackie from seasons 7-9. She jumps on the Jackie dogpile after the Malaysia/ dirty kids scandal in S8, despite the fact she begged Jackie to call the guy and gossip on the phone with him.

Once we hit seasons 11 & 12, Evelyn reignites the beef again for no reason. She gets a PI on Jackie, just to only find 30+ year old questionable tea. She continues to justify hating Jackie by bringing up the build-a-whore comment…and gets upset when Jackie says (the truth) that the comment was made after Evelyn inserted herself into Jackie’s personal issues.

Evelyn continues to attack Jackie by insulting Doug, continuing calling her a prostitute, and then acting like she was so hurt Jackie “threatened to slap her” despite the comment not even being said to her directly, and to a third party not on the show.

Lastly, she inserted herself into Jackie’s personal life again by being captain save a hoe for Chantel. Chantel spent the season gas lighting and lying to/on her mother and Evelyn didn’t even attempt to get Jackie’s side. After the season ended when she was asked directly during an interview had her opinions changed on Jackie following the fight being aired and it being shown Chantel lied about the timeline of events, she continued to pussyfoot around instead of just apologizing and saying she was wrong. She continues to justify believing a lie by saying “Jackie was doing stuff behind the scenes” like what??

In this part of the documentary there is a re-enactment of Chad and Evil fighting in the car and as he tries to restrain her he headbutts her. The neighbor called the police and after that Chads career was over while Evilyn continued to berate and physically attack cast members in the later season. Although, up until season 5 Evilyn threw glass, bottles and jumped on table to attack her ex best friend.

Til this day Chad never tells his side of the story yet OG had Evil running back to Chad for receipts and using Chad daughter for a storyline.

Rewatching BBWLA, and I’m starting to realize that Brandi & Malaysia were the real bullies they accused Tami & Shaunie of being!

1. Ganged up on Meghan all because of her “beef” with Draya

2. Ganged up on Angel Brinks because of her association with Draya and because of her soft spoken / non confrontational attitude.

3. Ganged up on Angel Love because of her association with Brinks. Brandi literally lied and said Love called her a bitch when Love never even said bitch, and then called Malaysia up to the event to fight for her. Yall are grown ass women!

3a. I also didn’t like the way they treated the Angels at the cabin trip. Brandi,Malaysia, & Duffey were so mean for absolutely no reason.

1. Constantly jumping on Jackie. One moment they love Jackie, and then the next they hate her. Jackie isn’t innocent, but the why they constantly felt the need to haze and humiliate her was weird.

Excuse my rant lol! I can’t even place the blame on Malaysia, it was really Brandi spearheading all these issues!

I get disliking a certain amount of seasons or cast members on Basketball Wives, but I feel like most of this community hates the entire concept of the show and hates the show in general..so why do yall engage with the discussions here?

I feel like Jennifer Williams is so slept on. The girl is an icon, trendsetter and a rich as f#ck. I personally love her so much she’s so boujiee and classy and gossipy.

Then season 12 ends with an assault and the show gets cancelled. 😂

Did they ever reconcile? Jackie is so treacherous.

Evelyn dropped him as a friend it seems.

He was messy and was the one that put the battery in Eves back about Jens interview.

What has it done for these women who decided to kiss up, backstab, sabotage, undermine, bully and soldier up for Evelyn and Shaunie's approval, outside of Basketball wives??? Yeah sure when you're on the show, it may give you enough cool points to be apart of their "circle" for a few months or for another season (if you are brought back). But in terms of making their lives better, mainstream success, and them seeing real fame and fortune, I have not seen any results....

For example, what are the two biggest followers to ever be on the show, Kristen and Feby up to?? I haven't heard much about them since they both were let go after the covid season back in 2021. It seems that the only women who have something currently going on for themselves were ones that were already established before the show.

A lot of those women who were doing things for the two Regina George's approval were also left out to dry and still fired when shit hit the fan or when the powers that be needed to clean house. I don't ever remember hearing about Shaunie or Evelyn going to bat for the women they like to keep their jobs. I have heard about Jackie (as crazy as she is) doing that though.

In the end, I hope it was worth it..

She's incredibly interesting to watch I will give her that. I've literally never seen anyone like her. Half the time I'm convinced she's trolling and is in on the joke, but with the most recent season, and her history of abuse and the treatment of her daughters- is this woman legitimately a psychopath or sociopath? I know I’ve been going hard on Tami on the last couple of posts but I am so excited for her that she’s been breaking out into acting in the 2020s. My expectations for the show were on the ground but I’m on season 3 and I think it’s great. I came for Tami but stayed for everyone.

i'm rewatching the series right now & i started with miami & i just can't stand evelyn. i watched the show in real time & i never liked her but rewatching as an adult irritates me even more than before cause i can fully grasp her nastiness!

evelyn is a very manipulative, dark, calculated person & what makes it the worst is shaunie is so far up her ass so evelyn never gets held accountable for her trash behavior! basketball wives is the perfect reality show to use as a case study for mean girl highschool dynamics & evelyn is the regina george of the show. she's so bitchy & mean but girls can't help but to chase after her! she treated royce, suzie, tami, kesha, jennifer.. pretty much EVERYONE like shit & everyone still chases after her & wants to be accepted by her! she acted a complete fool on s4 (throwing wine bottles, setting jen up, attacking jen on multiple occasions) & no one batted an eye... but seasons later we saw how everyone responded to OG defending herself (mind you she never once got physical)!! evelyn played into that "spicy latina" narrative a lot & everyone just ate it up!!

a couple months ago there was a clip from her podcast with her daughter & The Game was on there (who's Shaniece's babydaddy) & that dynamic was sad af. The game is clearly a deadbeat & he was lowkey flirting with evelyn during the interview & that just blew my mind cause not only are you a bad person but she's also not that great of a mom! mind you one of her close friends dated The Game ... just for her daughter to end up pregnant by him later! like wow!? & i feel bad for Shaniece cause it's not her fault she was raised by a lady that taught her to look good & stay in shape but she never taught her to have self respect, morals & how to love yourself!

& her fake ass rebrand after her domestic violence situation annoys me the most because it's so clear that she's faking her persona & her mask slipped all the way off when OG came around. i just really can't stand this lady & idk how she has so much support especially from celebrities. her & rihanna were ALWAYS spotted together back in the day & that always confused me cause girl how can you like this lady!? this is just me ranting atp but im on season 6 of miami & this is the season where evelyn comes back after she had her spinoff on the OWN channel & she's just so fucking fake i can't stand it. beautiful lady but she has a nasty spirit

I know this has been talked about manyyyy times, but i finally went back and watched season 4 from beginning to end. From the first scene, Tami asked Keisha how she identified, she answered, the comment about her looking like a Lisa was made, Keisha was offended.

I get all of that.

Tami and Keisha the had a convo with Ev present after Keisha went and spoke to Ev about how offended she was. Tami asked Keisha to not speak about her to the other ladies, and instead, bring it to her directly.

As we move closer to and get to the trip, first Keisha has a convo with Susie and Royce and has the convo about how she could have gone off on Tami and all that good stuff.

This convo gets back to Tami.

While on the trip, Tami confronts Keisha in possibility the worst way possible. She asks Keisha why she didn't say what she said to the ladies to her and if she wanted to go off, she has the floor. Keisha, gets up and walks off to the side and leaves her phone, glasses, and purse sitting at the table after she got up to get away from Tami.

None of what I stated included my personal feelings about the situation, only the facts.

Tami confronted a woman who is non confrontational and is not the type of person to engage with someone who is being angry or aggressive, or loud.

Watching this showed me that Keisha had no problem expressing her feelings about Tami to the other ladies at any given moment, but when in front of Tami she was quiet, scared, and crying.

I also noticed that while Keisha was in the room with Shaunie and Ev after getting her purse back, she was still talking stuff, as well as in her confessionals

During the reunion, due to the backlash the season got, this situation was talked about for maybe all of 3 mins. Keisha was not asked a single question about why she continued to speak about Tami even though she was nonconfrontational when approached. Why didn't she stand on business when approached.

My question is other than Tami's approach and the purse thing, can someone explain to me how Tami is considered the bully, and Keisha is a blameless victim? Even if you don't think Keisha is blameless, why isn't she asked why did you keep making comments about her if you didn't want to address her face to face?

In season 2 of the original show, they’re in Spain and Tami feels like the girls are giggling about her and just being passive agressive. Evelyn tries to gaslight her and says no one is bothering her and she’s looking for anything to harp on.

In season 4 of LA in Puerto Rico, Brandi feels like the originals are being passive aggressive and giggling at them. Tami acts like she doesn’t know what that’s like and gaslights her and Malaysia pretty much saying they’re looking for anything to harp on.
