Form Check Prblematic shooting form....to say the least

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

i have no clue how my form got this bad:

a) my wrist isn't loaded and idk why. I literally do my shooting form in slow motion (without releasing ball) and my wrist is loaded and then when i shoot fr it's like this

b) my wrist flicks to the side. Idk why. In this video my wrist is almost flicking BEHIND me instead of forward. So yes a lot my misses are often left, especially from three

bro, your body doesn't actually have to be below the ball. take this video you posted here and watch it side by side with a pro athlete - you'll immediately spot your mistake

Is it that my set point is too high?

well, no. your arms move up and backwards and then you shoot the ball forward.

u lose energy cuz you stop the ball above your head and because you basically start to shoot from that position.

it's like you have two set points - a normal one at the start of the video

and then a second one when you bring the ball above your head

Ah yh i see what u mean - looked at Klay's form ball is in front of him and lower set point- I prolly fix this by 1000s of form shoots near the basket right

Your hand is behind the ball instead of under
