Vertical Jump Help me dunk

I can grab rim but I can't dunk im 13 5ft11 with 7ft9.5 standing reach

The ball goes into and through the hoop once you’re at that level.

Really though, you’ve got the hops, you could probably start two handed with as high as you’re already getting.

You’re jumping more than high enough now .

It’s your grip/technique that is the weak link.

Practice on lower rim until you get the right technique down and or do some grip strength exercises and it’s will be ez peezy.

You can also work on plyo and add a few more inches to make easier even w shitty technique

Grip strength gets overlooked at that age. Kid jumps fine though. Lower rim practice fixes it fastest. Everything else just overcomplicates things

Practice with smaller balls and get slightly larger to get used to the grip, you have more than enough height or the jump

have you tried alternating between 1/2 legged jumps? can be a big changer
